REGISTRATION INFORMATION
2011 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN 2011)
Registration will begin on Sunday, July 31 at 7:00 am in the Bayshore Ballroom at the DoubleTree Hotel. It will be open throughout the week. A badge and packet of information, including a receipt for your registration payment, will be waiting for you when you arrive.
If you pre-registered for tutorial sessions, they begin at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. If you wish to sign-up to go to a tutorial, you can do so on-site. Registration for the post-meeting workshops scheduled on Thursday, August 4 and Friday, August 5 is available on-site too.
Registration is now open for IJCNN 2011. The early registration deadline is July 7. After that, the rates will increase.

Please note that registrations accompanying accepted papers or abstracts must be received by May 5, 2011 and are non-refundable.
Registration indicates your commitment to attend IJCNN. If your plans should change and you can no longer attend, please notify the conference office immediately using the contact information given above.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES Fees include all sessions, plenary sessions, CD-ROM proceedings, opening reception, exposition and one banquet ticket. Additional registration fees apply for the tutorials and post-meeting workshops. All fees are quoted in U.S. funds.

Tutorials will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2011. Registrations will be accepted for each tutorial on a first-come, first-served basis until the available space is filled.

Post-meeting workshops will be offered on Thursday evening, August 4 and/or Friday, August 5, 2011. The registration fees are:

* Registering as a non-member or non-member student entitles an individual to an INNS membership through December 31, 2012. If you are interested in this complimentary membership, please return a membership application (which can be found at www.inns.org) with your registration form.
**A letter of verification from the department chair must accompany student registration. Any registration received without a verification letter will not be processed. Copies of student identification cards are not acceptable. Fax the letter to Linda Potchoiba at +1-608-443-2474.
REGISTRATION FOR AUTHORS
Inclusion of a paper or abstract in the IJCNN program and publication of a paper in the proceedings requires that at least one author for the paper/abstract register for the conference. Each full (non-student) registration (member or non-member) can cover up to 2 papers or abstracts, while each student registration covers 1 paper or abstract.
The deadline for author registration is May 5, 2011. If you register late, your paper/abstract may not appear in the conference program and the Proceedings.
CANCELLATION POLICY Any registration cancellations must be made in writing directly to the IJCNN 2011 at the address given above. If received on or before July 15, 2011, IJCNN 2011 will apply a $50 administrative fee and refund the remainder of your registration fee after the meeting. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 15, 2011. Walk-ins and replacements are always welcome.
Please note that registrations accompanying accepted papers and abstracts are non-refundable.
INVITATION LETTER
The 2011 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks can provide you with a letter indicating that you have an accepted paper at IJCNN. This letter will include your name, the title of your paper, and will further state that you have registered for the conference. Such a letter may be useful when applying for a U.S. visa. If you would like to have such a letter provided to you, please e-mail your request to:

Please note that such a letter can only be issued to registered conference attendees. When requesting this letter:
a) Please meake sure that "Request for a visa letter for IJCNN 2011" appears in the subject line.
b) Include registration payment confirmation you received from IJCNN in the body of your e-mail.
