Instructions for Preparation of IJCNN 2011 Posters
Each presenter will be provided a designated poster-board in the Bayshore Ballroom. The poster-boards will be numbered, and presenters should only use the board designated for their presentation.
Each poster-board will be 4' tall and 8' wide, and the poster must fit within this space. Posters can be mounted using thumb-tacks. Thumb tacks will be provided on-site, but presenters are urged to carry spare supplies in case those provided are not sufficient.
The title and content of the poster should match those of the corresponding paper published in the proceedings, with possible update of content for results obtained since the paper was written. Posters completely unrelated to the proceedings papers will not be allowed.
Posters should use legible text fonts, figures and figure captions, and be organized so that they can be understood by readers without the help of the presenter. There will be an extended period when the posters are up for display without the presenter being available, and some attendees may visit them during these times. A good range of text font-sizes for posters is between 18 and 24 points, but authors should use their best judgment.
An author/ presenter must be present at their poster during 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM on the day of their poster presentation. It is often useful to have smaller printed copies of posters (e.g. 8.5" X 11") as well as business cards available to hand out to interested attendees who visit the poster.

Authors should make sure that posters are set up and removed promptly within these slots. Posters left up after the removal time will be discarded.
