2011 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN 2011)
Call for Special Sessions
The Program Committee for the 2011 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN 2011) solicits proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference.
IJCNN 2011 will be held in San Jose, California, July 31 - August 5, 2011, and is organized jointly by the International Neural Network Society and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society.
Special sessions are organized by internationally recognized experts and should aim to bring together researchers on focused topics. Appropriate topic areas include, but are not limited to, the following:

Special sessions are an important component of IJCNN, and papers submitted for special sessions will be peer-reviewed with the same criteria as those used for other contributed papers.
Researchers interested in organizing a special session are invited to submit a formal proposal to the Special Sessions Chair, Steven Bressler (bressler _at_ fau.edu). Special session proposals should include the session title, a brief description of its scope, motivation, its appeal to the attendees of this conference, organizer names and contact information, and brief CVs of the organizers. Names of prospective speakers can be included if available.
Proposals must be submitted electronically by December 15, 2010.
